Problem
User has no admin rights on workstation
After installing with Administrator rights or with the RunAs feature everything works, also the connection with the phone. But when I login with the user account I get the Nokia PC Suite error message "can't verify phone"
Solution
Give the user full control / all rights to the Nokia PC Suite directory
