PROBLEM
If one of your network users cannot login and gets an error message "Clear the security log, only administrators can do this".
SOLUTION
Log in with an administrator account, go to the Administrator Tools, start the Event Viewer. There you will find several log files. Clear the security log by clicking on it with the right mouse button and select "Clear log".
