c't Offline Update is an offline update tool for Windows 2000, Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows XP.
This is useful if the computer does not have an active internet connection. You can use another computer with this application to download the updates from the FTP-server of Microsoft. Create an ISO and burn a CD or DVD.
