PROBLEM:
Users have trouble with default settings like black/white and colour or that users constantly have to manually change A4 <-> Letter (Windows)
SOLUTION:
Go to the Properties of the printer on the print server. Click on the tab Advanced, click on the button: Printing Defaults..
and set the defaults like the users want here...
