- from the messages screen, press BlackBerry key
- click Options
- click Email Settings
- press BlackBerry key
- click Folder Redirection
- select all folders that you want to synchronize
Then wait a few minutes.
In my case it only synchronizes new mails that are put in different folders than Inbox and Sent Items.
