You try to do a Windows Update and you get the following error message:
0X8DDD0003
Solution:
- click start, run
- type regedit
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoWindowsUpdate
- set the value to 0
Close regedit and reload the Windows Update page.
