ERROR:
host cpu is incompatible with the virtual machine's requirements at cpuid level 0x1 register 'ecx'
SOLUTION:
In my case I had to edit the settings of the HA Cluster and enable the EVC option. It was possible to do this in a live/production environment without any complications.
