Symantec Backup Exec incremental backup of VM

In my setup I was not able to do incremental backups of VM's.

I fullfilled the requirements:
1. VM's have hardware version 7
2. vSphere

I just discovered that in my setup it failed, because there was an older snaphot. After I deleted the old snapshot the problem was solved.
