Fortigate firewall problem
PROBLEM The phase1 of your VPN connection is not listed in the selection list of the Firewall Policy creation screen
SOLUTION Delete and re-create the Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the VPN connection and make sure you select "Enable IPSec Interface Mode"
