Please take this advice for mobile communication in Belgium:
If you live in Belgium, choose for Proximus as your mobile operator.
Today I got very very irritated by not being able to contact Mobistar network users.
Users who told me I am paying too much at Proximus, but then again I have coverage all the time, and they are very hard to reach. SMS messages are deliverd 16 hours later, if deliverd at all.
Same counts for Telenet mobile users, Telenet also uses the Mobistar network.
