How to hide Administrative Tools from start menu of RDS users?

On your session host server, go to Server Manager, Features, Install the Group Policy Management feature.

Click start - run - gpmc.msc

Edit the GPO that applies to your RDS users: User Configuration \ Preferences \ Control Panel Settings

Right click on Start Menu

New - Start Menu (Windows Vista and later)

Scroll down and select Don't display this item under System administrative tools.
